Any number of Feng shui corrections won't work until the blockage of energy is removed from the house. This blockage can either be due to the clutter or things that are not in use or need repairs. To ascertain this, we must know what forms clutter. To facilitate you to identify the clutter in your house, here are some hints :-
1. People have wrong notions about use of certain things in future.
In anticipation of use of these things on some future date, people keep on storing even clothes in cupboards for more than four to five years. They hope that the stored clothes may once again come back in fashion, or that they may fit in them again.
2. All packs of medicines, biscuits; other eatables or cans of food items and pickles etc. bear a date after which they are not good for consumption any more. Any of above products is clutter after expiry date.
3. Shabby, dull, out of focus photographs or the once which are not printed properly.
4. Some people have a habit of collecting book and articles and storing them for some reference in future. Some times people have been observed preserving their school books and notes for presenting them to their children and grand children.
5. You can find many chipped off crockery items, tiles or other objects in home. There are some broken things which are not thrown or replaced.
6. All objects in a house need not be beautiful. Some time theymay not fit the decor of the house.

All such objects which don't enthuse and make the members of family happy are some times continued to be there for various odd reasons like, someone has presented you that article and you are obliged to display the same for his or her satisfaction.
Many more examples can be given which form clutter in an house. It is therefore of utmost importance that you fix all faulty instruments in your house or replace them. Clearing of clutter is always helpful in inviting the positive energy in the house and its free and smooth movement. Keeping all the furniture, floor, decor and bath rooms clean is very essential.
A positive move in correcting the situation is keen observation of all things to classify them in to two categories i.e. things in good condition and the clutter. The clutter must be attended to immediately according to its merit, if it can be repaired and used then take steps in this direction, if not, such things should be disposed off immediately. Positive chi likes to come and stay at a well organized, clean and live environment.
